Adjustable Sharp Top Edger for Butter Cream/ Ganache Cake - Stainless Steel, Set
Variable height upto 20cm 8" tall
Adjust the depth of the edger, by loosening the bolts and then tightening it to desired height. Make sure to achieve get 90 degree corner (use a credit card or similar to achieve the right angle )
Place your cake on a turn table and Cover your cake with Buttercream / Ganache. Spin the cake while holding the stainless Sharp Top Edger against the cake to achieve desired sharp edge on the cake.
