Colour Mill Food Colouring

An oil-based concentrated food colouring designed to blend more easily with oily foods - ideal for colouring buttercream, ganache, cake batters, chocolate, swiss meringue, fondant and much more.

Being oil-based, only a small amount of colouring is needed to create rich, deep vibrant colours so these bottles go a long way! The 'teardrops' on the sides are a useful colour guide as to the depth of colour achieved with said number of drops (do allow a little time for the colour to develop!).

Available in a 20ml 

Allergen-free, vegan, and Kosher.

Keep stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and shake well before use.
