This intense food colour is ideal for colouring macarons, patisserie, sugar-work, cakes, and icing. This range of intense colours was developed by Stéphane Klein, the World Champion sugar-craft artist, who makes spectacular sculptures from coloured and blown sugar from his studio in Belfort, northeast France. These Deco'relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, in cakes, macarons, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams, sweets and chocolates.
The intense food colour is water soluble. For maximum effect, dilute in a small amount of water before use.
Recommended use is 1tsp of colouring in 1tsp water to colour 2kg of sugar.
