This 12 hole Madeleine baking sheet is ideal for making traditional shaped French sponge cakes, flavoured with lemon or orange flower water. This tin gives them their attractive shell-like shape.

Heavy gauge steel will cook evenly and will not warp.

We recommend you hand wash all non-stick products in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Avoid metal utensils or scourers that may damage the non stick coating.
Burnt food stuck to your pan can be removed easily if you soak it in hot, soapy water.
