Food contact safe Polyethylene. Ideal for the food industry as it is physically inert and approved for food contact, widely used food preparation surfaces and components for food processing.
Performance Guaranteed These large white non-stick boards are manufactured using virgin materials (not from recycled plastic) and then cut to size for us in the UK. The manufacturing process generates surface marking, which does not impede the performance of the boards.
The surface making will not show up in the sugarpaste and the surface making also helps the sugarpaste from "running-around".
Board is machine planed but not polished. This stop the the sugarpaste from slipping when rolling out. The surface marking does not show up on the rolled sugarpste
